Certified Life Coach

Bobbie-Raechelle is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) and a Yoga Therapist in training. She has recently completed her course content from Ajna Yoga Therapy College in June 2019 and is currently working on the self-directed practicum requirements for the C-IAYT accreditation as a Yoga Therapist. Bobbie-Raechelle is also currently working towards her Professional Counselling Diploma through Rhodes Wellness College. She has created and facilitated Yoga programs at McEwan Psychiatric Hospital and Songi’de’iwan Alternative School in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She was drawn to the field of working with marginalized individuals living with substance abuse, mental well-being and trauma due to her inherent ability to empathize, understand and hold space for those around her. Bobbie-Raechelle has a deep passion for creating spaces where the benefits of yoga therapy can be made accessible for all to participate. Her classes follow a trauma-informed nature that create an environment for students to reclaim their bodies, befriend their bodies, and learn tools to be able to use their bodies as a resource. Bobbie-Raechelle is currently teaching group classes at Inspire Cancer Support Centre and teaching private sessions. She is also currently in the initial phases of starting a therapeutic yoga program at Turning Points Recovery Centre. Her vision is to be able to create a practice that includes both Counselling and Yoga Therapy for clients to access a unique, well-rounded approach to mental well-being.
