Holding space for clients to uncover the roots of the misery. It is the human condition to suffer. A reality that can at times, be difficult to navigate through alone. I strive to hold space for a counselling client to process, accept and move through trauma, hardship, mental health and everyday life circumstances. Fostering a co-creative environment for clients to unearth whats coming up for them and to offer tools on how to shorten that time period of suffering, so they can continue to show up as their true, authentic selves.
Trauma informed Yoga Therapy Is a union of eastern Yogic traditions and western science to empower individuals towards their unique experience of mind, body & soul connection. Meeting the individuals where they currently are and designing unique, accessible practices using physical movements, breathing practices and mindfulness. Yoga Therapy adds the touch of education, for the individual to achieve clarity during their journey to wellbeing.
